The Agency is recruiting for an Office Operations Coordinator on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CRM, ensuring accurate lead and customer data.
- Assist with onboarding new team members and work permit applications.
- Manage office supplies, maintenance, and resources.
- Coordinate team meetings, including booking rooms and taking minutes.
- Organize team social activities, including monthly lunches and quarterly events.
- Handle merchandise and equipment ordering, tracking, and distribution.
- Support listing administration, including paperwork, filings, and contract assistance.
- Oversee signage management, ensuring proper installation and tracking.
- Assist with open house arrangements and listings on various platforms.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of administration or office management experience.
- Knowledge of the Cayman Islands Real Estate market (preferred).
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G-mail, and Dropbox.
Salary: US$60K-US$70K per annum.
