The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Associate-Funds Wind Down on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities
- Take charge of fund financial operations and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Manage bank and custodial matters, including cash flow and vendor transactions.
- Work closely with portfolio managers to gain a deep understanding of investment strategies and processes.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for investors, addressing inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
- Ensure compliance with statutory insolvency legislation and best practices.
- Build strong, effective client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Contribute to team development by sharing insights and technical expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in financial services, specifically in the funds industry.
- Professional Accounting Qualifications such as (ACA, ACCA, CPA).
- Experience in fund accounting duties, including daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting; cash management; and accrual forecasting.
- Ability to execute complex valuation methodologies and understand the investment/divestment process.
