The Agency is working exclusively with a client to recruit a newly-created position in their Directorships department.

The business is a multi-jurisdictional offshore brand which provides registered office, AML compliance, corporate governance and fiduciary services to a wide range of clients and structures.

Due to growth within their Directorships business they are looking for someone to join the team at Manager level (equivalent to VP or Associate Director in other firms) to work on a portfolio of investment funds, structured finance deals and other offshore companies. This will be a wide-ranging role, working closely with the MD, another highly-experienced Manager, and other appointed Directors.

You will play a critical role in shaping the department for the future while also being supported, coached and developed by a stellar team of professionals. You will have the infrastructure of a sophisticated international business to fall back on, but will need to bring high standards of client service and a great work ethic to the table.

An ideal candidate would be someone who has worked for a large international firm and is well-versed in all aspects of fiduciary duties. Ideally you will have some experience taking on your own appointments, but this is not a must-have as long as you can demonstrate relevant experience, for example assisting other Directors in all aspects of their role. A legal background is highly sought-after as it will diversify the team.

Salary $DOE, flexibility on seniority to suit the individual (likely in the region of US$110-140k).
