The Agency has been instructed by an international law firm in search of an Associate to join the firm’s top-tier finance practice. This is a law firm that is highly respected across North America and works with many of the largest financial institutions and funds in the subcontinent. As the successful Banking & Finance Associate, you would be working on broad range of transactions covering corporate and fund finance on lending transactions, deal structures and on various types of secured transactions.

• 3 – 5 years’ PQE with banking & finance experience at a reputable onshore or offshore law firm;
• Admitted to practice in the Cayman Islands or an eligible jurisdiction such as England & Wales, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand or Canada;
• A strong academic record;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail;
• Strong work ethic and flexibility.

 

Salary: US$160,000-US$210,000 per annum plus one of the most attractive bonus structures available in the jurisdiction.
