Temporary. Board Support Administrator (TEMP)

You will be well-versed in working under pressure to meet strict deadlines applying your knowledge and upstanding secretarial skills. Whilst taking pride in your own workload and individual contribution to the business, you will be helping to drive the company closer to meeting its strategic objectives.

  • Organizing, scheduling and attending monthly and quarterly board/shareholders meetings either in person or via telephone and drafting and finalizing detailed minutes
  • Preparing minutes and managing post-meeting actions efficiently and accurately whilst ensuring files and records remain current
  • Maintaining key company records, including minute books, corporate file, etc, to ensure effective document control tracking
  • Arranging and attending meetings if/when required
  • Document production – undertake these tasks to a very high standard, ensuring timeliness and accuracy


  • 3-5 years’ experience in a Secretarial position
  • Fast and accurate typing skills with attention to detail – audio and copy
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience in drafting professional correspondence
  • Administrative and document management experience
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong written and oral communication skills

Hourly rate: DOE plus benefits.
