You will provide dedicated sales and service support to the Investment Advisor with the aim of building and developing their portfolios of Private Wealth Management clients. 
  • Manage day-to-day operations and administrations of the branch
  • Partner with Senior management to maintain office/HR policies as necessary
  • Ensure office financial objectives are met by preparing annual budget for the office, planning the expenditures, analyzing variances and carrying out necessary corrections that may arise
  • Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
  • Ensure all KYC and other account opening procedures are adhered to and sign off once all requirements are met
  • Facilitate mutual fund distribution agreement processing from initial contact through contractual signing
  • Design and implement office policies and procedures
  • Complete all required CRS / FATCA reporting in accordance with local regulatory requirements
  • Produce accurate data for quarterly client AML scrubs
Requirements: 
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Management or related field with at least 5 years experience working in an operations environment at a supervisory level or equivalent
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in the financial services and brokerage and or securities industries in a similar capacity 
  • 3-5 years’ experience in customer care at supervisory or management level 
  • 3-5 years’ experience in working in an operations environment at a supervisory level or equivalent
  • 3-5 years’ experience in dealing with high net worth clients 
  • Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Highly professional and dependable

 

Salary: US$98,000-US$115,000 per annum plus benefits.
