This position will play an integral role responsible for assisting with sales, market research and business projects. You will be highly proficient in providing high-level business development support and advice to managers and lawyers.
  • Provide strategic direction with regard to all marketing, business development and communications activities
  • Responsible for business development, preparation of pitches for new clients and work across functional teams to ensure excellent service delivery, while developing additional business opportunities with current clients
  • Work creatively and collaboratively with internal colleagues – sales, marketing, legal, research, finance, technology – to deliver solutions to solve complex business issues
  • Oversee client relationship management initiatives, managing marketing plans and budgets
  • Assist in setting goals for the team and contributing to strategic discussions around achievement of shared and individual metrics
  • Supervise, train and develop junior staff members  
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Law or another related field is required
  • A relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role
  • At least 2 years’ experience in within a law/financial services firm preferred
  • Must have significant experience with InterAction as well as be highly proficient in MS applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience of using direct mail systems and design software
  • Excellent communication skills and good command of English
  • Strong presentation skills and highly engaging able to influence and persuade others
