You will play a pivotal role in endorsing, advising, and rigorously scrutinizing strategic and operational decision-making processes across the entire organization. This involves supplying analytical, commercial, and strategic insights aimed at enhancing performance and fostering value generation. The Business Financial Consultant role requires adaptability in offering both financial and strategic support across essential strategic and operational domains as they emerge. Primarily, this position centers on collaborating with key stakeholders to safeguard and propel business growth.

The key responsibilities include strategic planning and analysis, performance monitoring, business process improvement and project management support, working collaboratively with multifunctional teams to assess workflows, streamline procedures, and implement optimal practices. You will also offer support in project management activities, encompassing the vigilant oversight of project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. The role is pivotal in ensuring the business’s financial and strategic success by actively participating in essential decision-making processes and optimizing various operational facets.

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CA, CPA
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Highly proficient in MS applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills and good command of English
• Strong presentation skills and highly engaging, with the ability to influence and persuade others
• A confident negotiator
• Persistent and tenacious in both driving for results and overcoming challenges

Salary US$85,000-US$90,000 per annum plus benefits.
