The Agency is recruiting for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on behalf of Inclusion Cayman Ltd.

Inclusion Cayman Ltd, formerly known as ‘The Special Needs Foundation Cayman’, is an independent, impartial advocacy organization supporting families across the Cayman Islands to promote and defend the rights and interests of people with disabilities. The mission is to support the Cayman Islands community in the commitment to cultivating and upholding values and practices that ensure the equal rights of ALL individuals and families, regardless of ability.

As the CEO of Inclusion Cayman, you will be the visionary leader to advance the vision, mission and strategic plan established by the Board of Directors of the Foundation, building a culture that aligns with and supports that direction.

  • Take ownership of strategically driving positive change in each of the Foundation’s core service areas: Education, Recreation, Employment, Family Support.
  • Oversee financial and human resource management including the operational and administrative functions of the Foundation.
  • Act as the Human Resources Officer including (but not limited to) driving recruitment efforts, performance management, personnel management.
  • Lead effective ongoing fund development by utilizing strategic and sustainable fundraising efforts including large scale fundraising events, grant applications, donor recruitment.
  • Provide guidance and input where necessary on internal and external communications.
  • Governance adherence including researching and recommending policies for adoption, coordinate regular Board Meetings, represent the Board at government and multi-agency meetings
  • Ensure the Foundation complies with Cayman Islands regulations and the Articles of Association.


  • Advanced degree from an accredited college or university in organizational leadership, community capacity development, or the equivalent. In lieu of advanced degree, extensive training and/ or experience in these leadership areas. 
  • Minimum of 5 years progressive leadership experience within an organization, agency, or department in any discipline with demonstrated experience of capitalizing on available financial and human resources to grow the organization.
  • Experience of working in settings that advocate for the inclusion of families and individuals with differing abilities is advantageous; however, evidence of passion and the strongest of beliefs towards inclusion of people with disabilities into all aspects of community life is essential.
