As a Claims Administrative Assistant, you will be a highly motivated, organized and solution-orientated person by nature. Thriving under pressure, you are a genuine people pleaser helping to support senior management with a variety of work-related tasks.

  • Respond to internal and external telephone and email enquiries in a responsive and professional manner
  • Photocopy, fax, scan and email, and email documents
  • Data entry and excel spreadsheet updating as needed
  • Maintain inventory for the department
  • Undertake any administrative project work as and when required


  • University Degree in Business Administration or relevant field 
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role preferred
  • Pursuing towards a professional designation in life or health insurance 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook knowledge
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt well under pressure

Salary: US$36K-40K per annum plus benefits
