Responsibilities
- Onboarding new clients, maintaining client records, and coordinate communication between clients and advisors.
- Compiling and submitting all required documentation for new accounts and ensure client information is up to date.
- Accurately input client data into our systems, addressing any inconsistencies prior to final approval.
- Track outstanding documentation and ensure compliance with deadlines to prevent any service issues.
- Handle client queries regarding account details, documentation, and reports, ensuring prompt and thorough resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related fields.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking is advantageous.
- Completion of securities course or banking courses would be an asset.
- Understanding of the regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of financial reporting is a plus.
