The Agency is recruiting for a Compliance Assistant on behalf of a client. The post holder will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting open-source searches via independent intelligence databases for all clients and implementing necessary actions in line with company policies.
• Accurately updating data management systems to facilitate ongoing sanctions screening.
• Maintaining the electronic filing system, including the central database for storing client due diligence (CDD).
• Assisting in reviewing client onboarding procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensuring the relevancy and currency of due diligence information.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a professional services environment is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Salary: US$40K – US$45K plus benefits.
