The Agency is recruiting for a Compliance Manager on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:
  • Play a leading role in ensuring the maintenance of a robust and effective compliance framework and providing assurance that complies with all relevant regulations, industry legislation and best practice.
  • Advise on the suitability of client relationships, business lines, and general governance matters.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and advise senior management on their implications.
  • Play a key role in executing new and ongoing compliance requirements, including regulatory filings and client due diligence.
  • Manage compliance staff, answer AML queries and escalate high-risk issues.
  • Responsible for the development of policies and procedures, ensuring that they are followed, monitored and reviewed with the objective of providing quality service to the organization.
  • Responsible for the planning and execution of an Anti-Money Laundering training program for all staff members.
  • Support the Senior Compliance Manager in managing a team of support staff.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree or postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience  at a senior associate/manager level would be an asset.
  • Strong regulatory background and expertise in Internal Audit, Assurance, Compliance, Consulting, or Forensics.
  • Detailed knowledge of FATCA/CRS regulations.
  • Good knowledge of AML/CFT legal and regulatory framework.
  • Experience with cross-border projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills.
