The Agency is recruiting for a Corporate Associate for an international law firm in the Cayman Islands.

We are recruiting for a corporate associate on behalf of a rapidly-expanding Cayman Islands law firm. This role is offering clear professional growth working within a specialist corporate law firm where you would be working with in an entrepreneurial and rewarding environment. Your achievements will be recognised and you will have the autonomy to directly impact the growth and future success through contributions to strategic decision making and active involvement in marketing and business development.

The role will be broad corporate role and at times involve funds and finance matters. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 PQE with transactional role within a top-tier onshore or offshore law firm. The firm could offer low target hours, a collaborative team environment, experienced support staff, structured progression and much more.

The remuneration for this role is US$160-200,000 up to 20% annual bonus, full health insurance and relocation assistance if required.
