Temporary. Customer Support Specialist (TEMP)

This position will play an integral role responsible for managing portfolio of clients. Other responsibilities include: 
  • Contact new clients for onboarding activities
  • Complies with all department and company policies, procedures, audit guidelines, and regulations
  • Investigate claims queries, liaise with other department and respond in a timely manner
  • Maintain register and insurance premium diary for clients
  • Prepare client reports and follow-up with clients as needed 
  • Reconcile transactions


  • Associate degree in a related field
  • Health insurance certification
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role 
  • Excellent customer services experience  
  • Knowledge of MS Office  
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills with the ability to work accurately at pace
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise their daily workload and demonstrate creativity and initiative
