The Agency is recruiting for a Dispute Resolution and Insolvency lawyer to join one of the largest and most reputable offshore global law firms in Cayman.
The Opportunity:
As the successful Dispute Resolution and Insolvency lawyer, you would have a broad role dealing with contentious cross-border matters usually relating to complex financial products, investment funds, private equity, contentious insolvency, director and shareholder issues, and company valuations; involving multinational corporations, funds and ultra-high net-worth individuals.

About you:
You should around 3-7 PQE and hold cross-border litigation and ideally at least some insolvency experience at a reputable international firm. You must be qualified in the Cayman Islands or an eligible commonwealth jurisdiction such as England & Wales, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand or Canada.
The firm could offer the successful candidate a tax-free salary between US$140-200,000 annual bonus and other generous benefits.
