You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Compliance Monitoring program, your primary focus will be to establish a uniform framework across all offices. This involves leading risk assessments, designing the company’s Compliance Monitoring plan, and overseeing its implementation by leveraging resources from the broader compliance team for testing purposes. Your role extends to driving the development of a standardized approach to compliance monitoring across diverse jurisdictions.

Additionally, you will review and enhance compliance onboarding practices and documentation in collaboration with the business, offering recommendations for improvements. Other responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with the Enterprise Risk team
• Ensure the annual Compliance Monitoring program is developed, scoped, and executed
• Implement the firm’s risk-based approach in Compliance Monitoring program
• Actively target areas, jurisdictions, and business units with the highest regulatory risk
• Responsible for the ongoing effective operation of the Group’s screening system
• Manage and oversee screening processes

Requirements:  

• Minimum 10 years of relevant compliance experience in a senior capacity
• Proven experience managing team
• University Degree or internationally recognized professional qualification
• Outstanding communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters
• Ability to work to strict deadlines and handle multiple projects without compromising quality

Salary: US$170K plus benefits. this opportunity can be based in Cayman or Jersey and are open to applicants from both jurisdictions
