We are recruiting for a HR Administrator on behalf of our client.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with onboarding/offboarding new employees and general HR administration duties including preparing reference letters and employee verification letters.
- Conduct candidate sourcing, initial assessments, and interview coordination.
- Track, analyze, and report on key business metrics to support decision-making.
- Support pre-hire processes, including compliance checks, relocations, and profile setup.
- Assists in spearheading company-wide HR initiatives
- Administer benefits programs like pensions and healthcare.
- Handle, organize, and analyze sensitive information for reporting needs.
- Foster strong working relationships with colleagues and service providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as HR or Business Studies.
- At least 2 years of work experience in HR or similar role.
- Highly proficient in using office software, including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and deal professionally and confidentially with sensitive matters
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
- Capable of working autonomously while maintaining strong team collaboration.
