Our client is looking for HR Generalist (TEMP) to join their team and support the day-to-day activities of Human Resources department. Ultimately, you will assist the management with HR projects, employee relations casework and make sure all HR operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process.  You will  maintain important HR documents and records demonstrating your impeccable eye for detail and strong organizational skills. Reporting to the HR Director, you will design people strategies and plans, create employee engagement initiatives, polices and procedures and set-up learning and development intervention to meet the organization needs.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline is preferred with at least 6 years of experience in a related field.
  • CIPD qualification or working towards, would be advantageous
  • Experience of working within a professional services firm would be highly beneficial
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills and the ability to building relationship and work with all levels of senior management, staff and stakeholders
  • Prior process engineering / process improvement experience required
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines
  • Highly organized, efficient and easily adapt to changing projects and work environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite: strong Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Hourly rate:  DOE plus benefits
