Our client is looking for HR Manager (FTC) to join their team and support the day-to-day activities of Human Resources department. Ultimately, you will assist the management with HR projects, employee relations casework and make sure all HR operations run smoothly.
- Assist with developing, optimizing and implementing a HR and People strategy in line with the firm’s business objectives
- Review, oversee and lead HR and People responsibilities for offices across various jurisdiction
- Undertake a review of the firms existing payroll and benefits process, challenging current procedures and implementing enhancements and/or efficiencies as appropriate
- Provide solicited and unsolicited advice, challenge and coach the HR team on HR best practice and operational efficiencies
- Assist with ad hoc projects as they arise from time to time
- Act as a change agent and support ad hoc organizational effectiveness projects
- Supervise, coach and advise the business and HR team
Requirements:
- Must have a HR qualification e.g. CIPD or similar
- Bachelors Degree essential
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR field
- Senior level HR professional experience essential
- Process engineering or process improvement experience/knowledge highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to liaise directly with the Partners on HR related matters
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Proficient in MS Office
