Our client is looking for a HR Officer to join their team and support with the day-to-day activities of agreements, performance management and employee engagement. 

  • Prepare employee agreements including amendments, renewals and extensions.
  • Ensuring the HR system is current and accurate.
  • Design and maintaining HR policies as required.
  • In charge of general administration such as employment letters, references and tax confirmation letters.
  • Support the team with performance management process.
  • Book travels for training events.
  • Prepare people reports when requested by management.


  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, or similar role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, positive and process driven.
  • A quick learner.
