The Agency has partnered with a highly-regarded offshore firm in the Cayman Islands in search of an Investment Funds Lawyer to join them as an Associate as part of the firm’s growth plans. 

This is an opportunity to join arguably Cayman’s most reputable international. As part of a diverse Corporate and Funds team, you will be working with large financial institutions and corporations from across the globe on a variety of transactions.

As the successful Investment funds lawyer, you will have involvement in a broad range of investment funds matters covering full lifecycles, as well as some corporate and commercial. You will have involvement in business development and be rewarded for your successes.

• Around 3-6 PQE with corporate/funds experience at a reputable international firm
• Offshore experience is highly desirable
• Admission to practice in the Cayman Islands or an eligible jurisdiction such as England & Wales, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand or Canada
• A strong academic background

The salary for this role is US$150–190,000 bonus.
