The Agency is currently working with a reputable international law firm in the Cayman Islands to assist in the search for an Investment Funds Lawyer (3 PQE and above).

This is a reputable law firm that could offer its lawyers highly sophisticated work and a quality, collaborative team that takes new ideas on board. As the successful candidate, you will be provided with a quality portfolio of well-known clients, advising on fund structuring and restructuring, formation, promotion, fiduciary duties, regulation and related corporate transactions. You would play a key role in nurturing existing client relationships and building new ones, and have opportunity to make meaningful contributions to process and knowledge developments over time.

You should have already have extensive legal knowledge of investment funds and related corporate transactions, with experience gained within a reputable funds practice.
