You will be responsible for installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all software/hardware and related peripheral equipment as well as receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end-user help requests to ensure optimal system and software performance.

If you’re computer-savvy and enjoy supporting end users, we’d like to meet you. To succeed in this role, you should have a problem-solving attitude along with the ability to give clear technical instructions. You should also be familiar with remote troubleshooting techniques. 

  • Recommend, schedule, and perform desktop hardware and peripheral equipment improvements, upgrades, and repairs
  • Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
  • Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
  • Conducting remote troubleshooting
  • Recording technical issues and solutions in logs
  • Manage the hardware inventory, including the provision and deployment of phones per company policy
  • Associate degree in Computer Science or relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of basic network concepts
  • Technical knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2010 and 2013
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Ability and willingness to work extended hours or a modified schedule to support planned activities or emergency situations with little notice
  • Excellent communication skills with focus on delivering exceptional customer service
