The Agency is working with a well-regarded offshore law firm in recruiting for an Associate to join the firm’s highly regarded Litigation practice in Grand Cayman.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced litigation lawyer of around 3-5 PQE to work on high-value and multi-party commercial disputes and insolvencies, with opportunity for fast progression and a better work/life balance than typically found offshore, and supervision and mentoring from highly reputable disputes lawyers within the team.

As the successful candidate, you will have deep matter involvement working on disputes relating to trust and estate disputes, insolvencies, as well as contentious funds, corporate and commercial matters. Matters will regularly involve high-stakes and involve parties in multiple jurisdictions.

Candidates should have around 3-5 years’ post-qualification experience, strong academic background and admitted to practice in Cayman or eligible for admission. The firm could offer a salary of US$160-180,000 annual bonus relocation assistance if necessary.
