This is an opportunity for you to play a key role in developing training initiatives to support our client to deliver high-quality client services.
Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs, prepare and implement learning strategies and programs
- Review individual and organizational development needs
- Organize e-learning courses٫ workshops and other trainings
- Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Collaborate with managers, develop and implement performance evaluation methods
- Timely assistance to the learners
- Oversee budgets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or in a related discipline
- Must hold Professional qualifications like CPA, CA, ACCA
- Possess 5 years of audit experience within Big 4 firm or financial services industry
- Prior Project Management Experience
- eLearning design experience and demonstrated expertise in the technical development, implementation and troubleshooting of training modules
- Strong verbal communication and writing skills
- Ability to present solutions in a logical Manner
Salary: US$90K-100K per annum plus benefits
