As a Marketing Administrator, you will play an integral role supporting various departments in meeting their business objectives. you will be assisting with various aspects of marketing planning, production, delivery and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and management of marketing plans
- Prepare creative briefs and project schedules that assist with workflow
- Coordinate media planning and buying
- Undertake research, information gathering, analysis and preparation of findings, business writing and editing for residential real estate projects and assets
- Work closely with the content team and digital manager to maintain website assets in accordance with SEO strategy
- Draft content with various brand voices and audiences in mind
- Manage tourism outreach program
- Maintain assets inventory of photography, videography, printed materials, and branded items
- Assist with the administration of the marketing elements of contractual obligations with CIREBA and other partners
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- A minimum of three years relevant work experience, ideally in real estate or luxury marketing
- Experience working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
Previous experience using a CRM - Strong writing skills
- A high level of productivity and accountability, with the ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to new situations
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of professionalism and maturity
Salary: US$60,000 – US$75,000 per annum plus benefits
