Temporary. Marketing Administrator

As a Marketing Administrator, you will play an integral role supporting various departments in meeting their business objectives.  you will be assisting with various aspects of marketing planning, production, delivery and reporting. 

Responsibilities:
  • Providing support to the team on various promotional initiatives, including campaign and budget management, analysis and planning
  • Preparing creative briefs and project schedules that assist the team with client workflow
  • Coordinating media planning
  • Providing administrative support for business development and client relationship
  • Drafting marketing proposals and other materials as needed, managing event plans and budgets
  • Liaising with various departments and ensuring consistency of all business development activities 
  • Building contacts by researching and identifying potential accounts
  • Drafting content with various brand voices and audiences in mind

Requirements: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing or similar role within the professional services firm
  • Business development experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of MS Office 
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to work accurately at pace
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise their daily workload and demonstrate creativity and initiative
  • Skillset in design packages such as InDesign and/or Photoshop would be an advantage
