As a Marketing Manager, you will be overseeing all aspects of marketing, events, and communications, ensuring a seamless and impactful strategy for the business. You will be responsible for extensive market research and analysis, brand management, product development and management, campaign creation, media purchasing and promotions, web services, media relations, customer experience communications, and corporate programs. Other responsibilities include:
  • Plan, create, and manage social media across all channels
  • Develop and promote a digital marketing strategy for the company and its various revenue outlets
  • Manage the company’s brand, promotions, and public relations to uphold and enhance its reputation among stakeholders
  • Ensure that all marketing projects are delivered on time and within the allocated budget
  • Implement risk management processes to address potential commercial and business-related risks that could impact the brand and financial goals
  • Identify key financial and operating deliverables that can be measured and reported to assess the effectiveness of the strategy in generating additional revenue
  • Continuously maintain and enhance a competitive product line for each revenue stream, working closely with other Managers and Executives
  • Take proactive steps to manage the life cycle of the products
  • Act as a representative of the company during community projects and various public, social, and business events  
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Law or another related field is required
  • A relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • At least 2 years’ experience in within a professional firm/tourism sector preferred
  • Technical skills in public relations, market analysis, product/service development, costing and pricing.
  • Experience conducting and using STEEPLE/SWOT analysis, and a range of modeling techniques to analyze marketing information and synthesize marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication skills and good command of English
  • Experience with design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
  • Experience with Social media and Internet Marketing, Planning and Scheduling
  • Strong presentation skills and highly engaging able to influence and persuade others

Salary: US$75,000-US$102,000 per annum plus benefits
