As an Office Administrator, you will be the face of the company during normal working hours, ensuring all visitors receive a warm welcome and excellent service. Your responsibilities will include answering and directing phone calls, maintaining reception area, handling courier pickups, deliveries, and mail distribution promptly and efficiently and conducting searches as requested. Additionally, you’ll maintain an up-to-date filing system and assist with immigration filings and applications.

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Salary:up to US$40,000 per annum plus benefits.
