Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients, third parties and colleagues on a daily basis
  • Assist with banking and deliveries during working hours
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
  • Resolve office-related issues and respond to requests 
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering and maintaining office supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work
  • Other clerical duties as required
Requirements:   
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role and must have a full clean driving license
  • Must be completely trustworthy
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Salary: DOE plus benefits.  Please note, only Caymanians will be considered for this position.
