On behalf of our client, we are looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
Responsibilities Overview:
- Enforce office policies and procedures
- Coordinate office and staff operations
- Implement annual budget and schedule expenditures
- Manage all email and written correspondences
- Liaise with other agencies, organizations and groups
- Oversee administrative function including management and coordination of all filing
- Maintain and replenish inventory
- Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends
- Partner with the management to run office events
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with a 3-5 years Senior Admin/ Office Management experience preferred
- Self-motivated and analytical with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced changing work environment
- Commercially minded
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint
Salary: US$80,000 – US$100,000 Per annum plus benefits
