On behalf of our client, we are looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.

Responsibilities Overview:
  • Enforce office policies and procedures
  • Coordinate office and staff operations
  • Implement annual budget and schedule expenditures
  • Manage all email and written correspondences
  • Liaise with other agencies, organizations and groups
  • Oversee administrative function including management and coordination of all filing
  • Maintain and replenish inventory
  • Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends
  • Partner with the management to run office events
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred with a 3-5 years Senior Admin/ Office Management experience preferred
  • Self-motivated and analytical with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced changing work environment
  • Commercially minded
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint

Salary: US$80,000 – US$100,000 Per annum plus benefits
