  • Work on resources to identify and attract quality candidates while building a pipeline of candidates
  • Refine the process to utilize latest trends in sourcing and screening
  • Partner with the Head of HR and assist with onboarding, off-boarding, payroll, benefits, and other projects and tasks
  • Follows up with related clerical aspects of employment, such as payroll, HRIS, etc
  • Conducts new team member onboarding and orientation
  • Partners with hiring managers to ensure all laws and regulations are being followed and ensure adherence to company policy, procedure and employment law
  • Be the main point of contact in the office for any initial HR-related inquiries


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or related field. Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • 2 years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Embrace new trends in Recruiting or HR’
  • A passion for recruiting and HR
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • An interest in learning more about audit, tax and advisory 
  • Strong proficiency in using MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Salary: up to US$45,000 per annum plus benefits as per labour law
