Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Oversee and coordinate with external vendors
  • Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
  • Coordinate meeting logistics and deliverables such as handouts, and make meeting arrangements
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years experience working in similar field
  • Degree in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field
  • Construction background preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail
Salary US$45,000-US$60,000 per annum plus benefits as per labour law.
