We are recruiting for a Pension Administrator on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities 
  • Provide prompt and professional assistance to clients ensuring all inquiries are resolved effectively.
  • Accurately review new applications, ensuring all required information is complete.
  • Update and manage account details, including personal information, beneficiaries, and contributions.
  • Assist in processing daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with established guidelines and accurate documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and account-related activities.
  • Deliver outstanding service with a solutions-focused approach and a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Partner with internal teams to address complex client needs and drive resolution effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years experience in administration, customer service, or financial services.
  • Exceptional focus on accuracy in all tasks and processes.
  • Ability to manage client interactions effectively and professionally.
  • Capable of handling multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Awareness of local regulations, such as pension laws, is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Salary: US$40K- US$55K per annum.
