We are currently looking for a Private Wealth Associate to join one of the Cayman Islands’ leading law firms.
You will be advising clients on all matters relating to structuring and restructuring of unit trusts, investment vehicles, privately-held corporate structures and international wealth structuring for HNWI. You will also advice institutions and private individuals with their cross-border operations and wealth planning issues. On top of this, you will have some involvement in contentious trust matters from an advisory perspective.
Requirements:
- Must have around five years’ post-qualification experience on all aspects of private client matters;
- Contentious experience would be advantageous
- Excellent academic track record
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and research skills.
