On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for a Reconciliation Administrator to join their growing team. Please note this is a temp to perm opportunity open to qualified Caymanian applicants.

Full Job Description
You will be reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions, and supporting the month-end process. Our client is looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail, strong math skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently.

Responsibilities:  
  • Reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions.
  • General ledger reconciliations.
  • Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data.
  • Supporting the month-end process.
  • Generating month end reports.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Business/ Finance preferred.
  • 2 years experience reconciling accounting figures and financial records.
  • Ability to identify errors and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work with multiple parties.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and Accounting packages.
