The Agency is recruiting for a Regulatory Lawyer to join a well-regarded offshore firm’s offices in the Cayman Islands. This firm is regarded globally as one of the top offshore legal service providers and its Regulatory practice is also regarded as a market leader.

As the successful candidate, you would be advising a wide range of internal and external clients (including investment banks, fund managers, private equity sponsors and investors) on the regulation, governance and continuous operation of Cayman Islands domiciled hedge and private equity funds, as well as the regulatory aspects of a broad range finance and corporate transactions.

You would have the support of well-established regulatory senior fee-earners, have a healthy amount of autonomy with the firm’s clients and opportunity to progress your career faster than typical in the jurisdiction.

Candidates should be between 4-7 PQE and be admitted to practice in the Cayman Islands or an eligible jurisdiction (i.e. England & Wales, Scotland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand).
