As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for a retention, growth and new initiatives relating to the Employee Benefits client portfolio. You will be responsible for performing due diligence on new and existing clients, referrals, claims analyses and market review processes and results. You will also be responsible for ensuring client retention, designing plans, presentations, overseeing the renewal process, conducting market reviews, assisting with program installations, enrollments, wellness services, and business development.
- Relevant qualification (ACII or AHIP)
- 5 years of experience in Employee Benefits Insurance Broking
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as substantial contact with clients will be required.
- Solid negotiation skills
- Experience using applied Epic operating system would be advantageous
Salary: US$85,000-100,000 per annum plus benefits
