The Agency is recruiting for Senior Associate to join the Corporate practice group of an international law firm in the Cayman Islands.
The law firm offers you the opportunity to join its busy and growing Corporate practice group that offers a friendly and collegiate working environment. As the successful Senior Associate, your practice would largely focus on Crypto transactions, however you would also see regular involvement in M&A, Private Equity, IPOs, SPACs and DeSPACs.
What is required for the role?
- 5 years’ PQE and admitted to practice in Cayman or an eligible jurisdiction;
- Proven experience with Crypto transactions as well as general corporate;
- A strong academic background;
The firm could offer a starting salary of up to US$200,000 (with room for future increases), generous annual bonus, full premium healthcare coverage and flexible working.
