The Agency is currently assisting a reputable international law firm in search of an experienced funds lawyer to join the firm as a Senior Associate.
This law firm is well-regarded on island as a great place to work, offering quality work with large and well-known US funds, supportive partners and a friendly team environment.
As the successful candidate, you would be working on the establishment, ongoing regulation, restructuring and dissolution of a variety of funds, including private equity, hedge and crypto. You would also be involved in regular marketing activities and assist with the supervision and training of junior fee-earners.
You should be at least six years’ PQE, have strong academics and detailed working knowledge of Cayman Islands domiciled funds and related regulations.
The firm could offer an above-market remuneration and benefits package, structured progression path and attractive target hours.
