The Agency is working with a well-known law firm in recruiting for a Litigation & Insolvency Lawyer of 6 PQE or above to join its offices in Grand Cayman. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join one of Cayman’s leading contentious practices, advising predominantly on disputes relating to insolvency, as well as high-value commercial litigation.

This firm has a solid reputation in the jurisdiction and across the globe, and the instructions it receives are often high-stakes and multi-party. You would be working with some of the leading lawyers in the industry and hold a high level of responsibility in matters, as well as regular involvement in team’s business development and marketing related activities. You should have solid expertise in insolvency and generally offshore disputes and already have a good track-record as a high-performer.

The firm could offer a salary and discretionary above typical market rates, as well as premium healthcare, 25 days’ leave and attractive opportunity for performance-based progression.
