You are responsible for ensuring the business is in compliance with both global and local laws, rules and regulations. Other responsibilities include:

• Keep abreast of regulatory, legislative and best practice changes, including possible impacts
• Contribute to the ongoing tasks required by the compliance team which include compliance advisory, contribution to compliance monitoring, oversight of regulatory change, compliance reporting and management of AML compliance risks
• Assist in the maintenance of compliance records and registers
• Ensure that KYC documentation is approved and stored in accordance with internal policies
• Conduct KYC and refresher due diligence searches where necessary and report findings to the Management  
• Carry out scanning of regulatory change, advising senior management of forthcoming legislative and regulatory developments

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of AML regulations and legislations
• Proven managerial skills are necessary to successfully administer core support and critical regulatory relationship function within a diverse organization
• Experience with CRM systems as well as being highly proficient in MS applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and ViewPoint
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary: US$70,000-US$90,000 per annum plus benefits.
