The Agency is recruiting for a Senior IT Specialist on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary escalation contact for the IT Support Desk, taking charge of technical problems and ensuring quick resolution or thorough documentation of the process.
- Offer technical assistance to local and remote users.
- Independently log, monitor, and document requests in the ticketing system, ensuring all steps to resolution are thoroughly recorded.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktop software and hardware for users, including mobile device support.
- Provision and deploy iPhones in line with company policies.
- Set up and configure printers and photocopiers.
- Effectively manage hardware inventory.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in information systems or a related field.
- At least three years of relevant experience.
- Basic understanding of networking principles (DNS, TCP/IP, Windows Networking, Ethernet, Active Directory).
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Experience in supporting both local and remote end users.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-energy environment.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and relocate IT equipment when necessary.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 2016, and iOS.
- Knowledge of iManage, ViewPoint, Aderant, Mitel, DUO, VNC, TeamViewer, and Maas 360 is a plus.
Salary: Up to CI$60K per annum.
