Our client is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager who has the desire and ability to manage and grow the Premier Banking clients. You’ll manage their complete banking relationship across the company, utilizing a proactive and disciplined approach to generate growth. You’ll help acquire new clients by actively soliciting referrals and developing internal and external sources.
- Manager portfolio of clients and provide exceptional service to customers in order to create long-term profitable relationships
- Lead client meetings, prepare reports with a view to recommend appropriate solutions and ensure a quality service for all customers
- Adhere to structures and processes in place for the management of credit, operational, reputation and regulatory risk
- Understand more complex structures, corporate vehicles, apply KYC/DD/AML/CTF policies & procedures and manage risk accordingly
- Assist with the broader marketing activities of the team, demonstrating co-ordination of resources
- Keep abreast of external factors influencing international business
- Perform general supervisory duties when necessary
- Degree in Business or Finance or related disciplines
- Professional qualification such as CAMS, STEP certification
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar capacity
- Strong organizational skills and business orientation
- Very strong written and oral communication skills
- Sound knowledge of all Banking Operations, Products/Services
- Understanding of relevant local regulations and best practices
- High achievement orientation/results-driven
Salary range DOE per annum plus benefits.
