Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for developing the Trust Services Business by contributing and identifying opportunities to the development of the team as well as managing staff to motivate and deliver exceptional client service and support. You will also be responsible for creating and executing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Manage processing functions relating to trust services, oversee completion of reviews on the assigned portfolio of assigned clients
  • Monitor and control day to day operations to ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements and meeting all service standards  
  • Ensure receipt of satisfactory due diligence on directors, shareholders and partners in liaison with the Compliance department and update records
  • Undertake projects supporting new business initiatives and regulatory requirements, development of new products, services and system  
  • Keep abreast of risks inherent within the assigned portfolio and escalate as needed
  • University graduate with at least 5 years supervisory experience working within a professional services firm
  • Proven experience within the trust industry
  • Working knowledge and understanding of relevant local regulations and best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience with CORIS and EDMS software
  • Strong knowledge of trust and corporate structures
  • Proven knowledge of and working experience with the Cayman compliance requirements
Salary: US$80,000-US$95,000 per annum, plus benefits.
