You will be part of our client’s busy IT team providing the needed IT support across all jurisdiction adhering to IT Procedures and standards. You will act as a key member of the team working alongside a number of other analysts, sharing knowledge, ideas and support as required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first line support to clients via email, phone and chat
- Provide Hardware and Software support both locally and remotely and escalating issues to the IT Manger as and when needed
- Issue and troubleshoot IT assets; mobile phones, computers and tablets
- Escalate service desk requests to the appropriate team
- Assist with IT equipment with respect to presentation, video/telephone conferencing
- Provide recommendations to the Manger through desk trend analysis, create and update technical documentations as required
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in computer science and experience in related field
- Experience with O365, Office 2016, Windows 10, Citrix AdEx, iManage, ViewPoint, SharePoint, Mitel, Antivirus, Teams etc would be an advantage
- Microsoft or other appropriate certification an advantage
- Understanding of Cyber Security principles and applications support is required
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware with a focus on workstations and laptop
- Strong customer-facing, interpersonal, communications skills
- Strong problem solving / troubleshooting skills
Salary US$ 40,000 – US$60,000 per annum plus competitive benefits.
