The Agency is recruiting for a Service Manager – Insurance Services on behalf of our client based in the Cayman Islands. You will supervise the Service team in all activities associated with the administration of insurance services. 

Responsibilities:      
  • Responsible for client relationship management, ensuring high quality service levels
  • Assist with planning and implementing objectives and performance measures, and new business development
  • Ensure that all client deliverables, queries and issues are met on a timely basis and of a quality standard
  • Supervise the performance of the Service Team in compliance with established protocols for billing and collection of monthly and off-cycle invoicing

Qualifications/Experience:   

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or relevant field
  • 5 years of experience in a managerial position
  • An advanced professional designation in life or health insurance
  • Excellent understanding of the Cayman Islands Health Insurance Act and Regulations
  • Strong leadership skills to establish vision and inspire and motivate team members to achieve extraordinary results
  • Proven track record in developing new business and winning clients
  • Knowledge of Underwriting workflow processes

Salary: DOE plus benefits.
