As a Technical Services Manager, you will responsible for managing technical service-related operations for our client, overseeing IT/client work and ensuring that all jobs are completed on time. Other responsibilities include:
  • Respond to inbound client queries and ensure all issues are resolved and documents in a timely manner
  • Develop relationships with external clients and organisations to assess their technology, support, and security needs
  • Offer innovative solutions that meet clients’ needs while remaining within budget
  • Manages projects by creating timelines, adhering to budgets, and assigning staff members
  • Establish client and sales goals, and tracks progress and other metrics
  • Maintain familiarity with current and upcoming IT equipment, services, and other developments
  • Manage IT tasks and team members
  • Must hold a Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical qualification
  • Project Management Certifications
  • Minimum 15  years’ experience working with traditional Tier-1 software vendors and hardware vendors
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience working with emerging network technologies as well as working with Microsoft Azure Public Cloud solutions and other Cloud based technologies such as SaaS, PaaS and IaaS with a current Microsoft MCSE or Azure certification
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience working with emerging network technologies such as Nutanix hyper-convergence
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role and proven track record managing multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability and willingness to work extended hours or a modified schedule to support planned activities or emergency situations with little notice
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Salary: US$105,000 – 140,000 DOE per annum plus benefits
