We are seeking a talented, self-motivated IT professional to join our client’s team as a Technical Specialist. You will primarily be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our client’s customers.  You will report to the Service Desk Manager and will be responsible for:
  • Providing technical assistance/support to clients and responding to queries
  • Resolving computer related issues for clients in person, via telephone and from remote locations
  • Installing and performing minor repairs to IT hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications
  • Maintaining record of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial action taken, and installation activities


  • Bachelors Degree in a computer related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a technical support tole at a senior level
  • Experience of MS Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory
  • Provide solutions support for Ricoh, HP, Lenovo and Oracle POS
  • Consumer awareness and confidence with dealing with clients at all levels
  • Strong communication skills and experience in the delivery of Projects and IT services
  • Flexibility to work and be on call as required

Salary: US$35,000-US$58,000 per annum plus benefits
